while you shop. The Helping Hands Program makes it free and
easy to support good causes through your purchases at Big
Deals Discount Warehouse.
How
it works.
- When adding an item to the shopping cart, select the organization that
you want a portion of the purchase price to benefit.
- We will donate 5 to 25 percent of each purchase price to the
selected cause. Once a month we will write a check to each organization, if accumulated amount is
less than $25, we will hold until it's greater than the minimum.
- Simple as that!

- How do I know how much goes to my selected cause?
Magazines - 25%
Other Purchases - 5%
- Do I get a tax deduction for the percentage of my purchases which
go to my selected cause?
The money for the donation comes from Big Deals Discount Warehouse,
so you will not be able to claim a tax deduction.
- How did we select the organizations to donate to?
These are personal choices by the owner of this site. The groups
can be broken into two groups :
Local/Religious - These are organizations that I have an interest
in because of locality, personal involvement, or it is associated with the
religious group of which I'm a member.
National/Global - Quality organizations with no specific
religious affliation that focus on meeting the needs of the disadvantaged.

Churches of Christ Disaster ReliefThe Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort immediately responds to any major disaster in the continental United States by sending truckloads of emergency food, water, cleaning, and other supplies to disaster victims.
River City Ministry
RCM serves those from poverty who have needs that they cannot currently meet on their own. We believe that physical poverty does not imply spiritual poverty, but that the longer a person or family struggles against poverty, the more difficult their spiritual and moral battles become.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need.
Africare
Africare helps Africa. Africare's programs address needs in the principal areas of food security and agriculture as well as health and HIV/AIDS. Africare also supports water resource development, environmental management, basic education, microenterprise development, governance initiatives and emergency humanitarian aid
